Evolutyz Honored On 2021 Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces List
CHICAGO, IL – Evolutyz, an award-winning IT products, platforms, and services company, has been recognized as one of 2021 Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces. This is the second year Evolutyz has been recognized for cultivating a culture where employees feel engaged, find meaning in their work, and enjoy great benefits.
The Inc. Best Workplaces 2021 honorees this year were recognized for their ability to adapt to change and redefine themselves in the face of adversity. Inc. Magazine, in partnership with Quantum Workplace, surveyed honorees’ employees to determine their engagement and job satisfaction levels, as well as conducting an audit of each company’s benefits offerings.
Evolutyz ranked a 96 out of 100 for their overall Best Places to Work score and received a benefits score that was 70% higher than the average for honored businesses in their size category. Moreover, all of the Evolutyz team members who were surveyed said that they were highly engaged.
